A man and his father were shot at almost the same time when they were 9 km apart. The police are not neglecting the trail of a family problem.
Odd ! THE Mirror reports that the police were investigating an unusual case on the evening of March 29. In effect, Josh Dunmore32, and his father Gary, 57, were shot almost simultaneously in their own homes. However, the two men were in two different villages at the time of the facts. One of the possible motives would be a child custody battle focused on the son by Josh Dunmore. “There has been widespread media coverage of a possible custody battle. I can confirm this is an active line of inquiry“said Commissioner Jon Hutchinson, of Cambridgeshire Police.
Moreover, the commissioner had explained this incident related to a family issue was the first line of investigation. For the story, the police had been called for gunshots in a property in Bluntisham, Cambs, shortly after 9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29. On the same day, at 9:37 p.m., a call was also made to 999 for gunfire at Sutton-in-the-Isle, about 9 km away. Father and son died almost at the same time. Still, Gary and Josh Dunmore worked together in the family construction business.
Three people have been arrested in this case.
According Mirror, three people have already been arrested by the police for conspiracy to murder. Moreover, among the suspects, a 33 year old woman as well as’a 27 year old man were taken into custody at a hotel near Cambridge. A 66-year-old man was also arrested on a motorway near Worcester at 1.30am. The authorities have found a gun in the car. If the first two suspects were released, the third, homeless, remained in detention.
