A new edition for The Outer Worlds is coming in March


Released in 2019 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, then in 2020 on Switch, The Outer Worlds returns on March 7, 2023 in a new edition. Indeed, Obsidian Entertainment, Private Division and Virtuos have announced the upcoming release of The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition which will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

In order to offer the best possible experience to fans of the title as well as to newcomers, this edition will offer various improvements and new features. In addition to better graphics resolution, the game has a dynamic weather system as well as an overhaul of lighting and environments. The studio also promises better performance and reduced loading times. Finally, the characters will be more detailed, and the level limit higher.

This new edition will contain the two DLC titled Murder on Eridanus And Peril on Gorgon in addition to the base game. All at the price of €59.99. However, for players who already have the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of The Outer Worlds and its DLCs, it will be possible to upgrade to the next-gen Spacer’s Choice Edition for just €9.99.
