Like last year, the media IGN is partnering with Microsoft to organize its own conference. The Xbox Digital Showcase returns in 2024 on April 29 to discuss the future of certain games, but also to present new ones. This event will be held on all IGN networks, whether it is their Twitch channel, YouTube, console and mobile apps… The show is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. (French time) but has no defined duration.
However, if the full program is not available, some names have already been given.Vampire Survivors,
Dungeons of Hinterberg, 33 Immortals or
Lost Records Bloom & Rage will be present during the evening. But many other titles are still in store if we are to believe Microsoft. We will obviously see trailers for some of these games, but also gameplay in addition to some new details concerning them.
This new Xbox Digital Showcase is therefore an opportunity to prepare for the conference season. This will officially begin on June 7 with the Summer Game Fest, but that does not prevent certain publishers or studios from making their small presentations beforehand. Like every year, we expect a State of Play from Sony at the end of May. Nothing is certain yet, however, and we could well see the firm invite itself to Geoff Keighley’s show.
