A pediatrician has revealed in a video how to raise happy children. And the solution is rather unexpected!
It is the dream of all parents: that their children be happy throughout their lives. And for that, there are several things that parents can put in place, but there is also a whole part that is completely beyond their control. Happiness can come through professional, family or even friendly success. Everyone is able to define their own vision of happiness, but that does not mean that there is no miracle recipe for raising children who will be happy for as long as possible!
A pediatrician, Doctor Jonathan Williams, revealed in a posted video on his TikTok account the secret to raising happy children. And that’s not necessarily what seems the most obvious… The Utah-based doctor and father of 5 has been making the rounds on social media with almost 1 million views on his video and his trick has been endorsed by other early childhood doctors.

For the pediatrician, there is an essential quality that children must develop as quickly as possible: empathy. And for that, nothing better than “realize that they contribute to a larger ecosystem”. They must therefore be shown that they must help those who need it, starting with the daily chores at home. According to Dr Jonathan Williams: “Giving them chores to do at home builds self-esteem, they become more selfless, more willing and able to see the needs of others around them.”
One thing is certain, parents will love this advice! Do not wait any longer to apply it, it has been approved by many specialists but also by studies: “Researchers have found that if you implement this little thing in your child’s life, they are more likely to be happy as adults.
