A petition against the vaccination pass brings together more than 500,000 signatures

As proof, a petition against the vaccine pass, described as“major breach of the rule of law”, has already collected more than 500,000 signatures in a few days. “The government’s plan to transform the health pass into a vaccination pass is not an administrative formality. It is a point of no return towards the general vaccination obligation, it is authorizing discrimination of each French person according to his vaccination status “, urges the text accompanying the petition.

According to its author, the vaccination pass would be “worse” that the vaccination obligation in that it will condition the access “to a normal social life” and allow the monitoring of health data by “the government and the police.” Allegations that are not based on any evidence or tangible evidence. To date, around 9% of the population over the age of 20 is not vaccinated in France, according to the latest figures from Drees, the statistical unit of the Ministry of Health.
