aRockstar Games may have inadvertently revealed new plans for GTA 5 hero Franklin in a new update for GTA Online.
Franklin Clinton was one of the three main protagonists of Grand Theft Auto 5. And the hero is back in the world with the new Contract update.
The mission, which is directly linked to GTA’s story mode, features a Franklin set several years in the future. The players help Clinton fulfill the VIP contract with none other than Dr. Dre.
However, as players have noticed, it looks like there is even more content planned involving the popular GTA character.

New DLC for Franklin in GTA Online?
In a post published on December 23 by the Rockstar Social Club. The developer did indeed appear to suggest that this wasn’t the last time players saw Franklin.
“Help Franklin with his first VIP contract and you will be duly rewarded for helping an old friend while making new connections in the music business”, indicates the post, referring to the update The Contract.
The precise wording “His first”, which implies that there will be others. Fans have therefore speculated on who will be the next Contract DLC.
Michael and Franklin may well find each other.
A popular candidate is Michael, one of the other heroes in GTA 5 history. Others think it could be Rosalia. Indeed, the radio host is mentioned several times in the DLC.
In addition, with the re-release of GTA 5 on the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles. As well as a standalone version of GTA Online, there are a lot of possibilities for the future in the game.
