To everyone’s surprise, this Friday, June 24, 2022, we saw a long unexpected message appear on Amir’s Instagram account in which he claims to want to free himself from a “secret that has become too heavy to bear“. The cause? In six years of career and a hundred songs, the popular artist claims to have “hidden things“: “All those songs that you sing from your heart were actually just covers. Not the original versions. I’ve built my career on covers. And I hid it from you. Today I recognize it. Should I have done it before? Most likelyVisibly embarrassed, Amir asserts that consoling himself by saying to himself “that inventing that does not exist, in the best of worlds we find beautiful things that already preceded us“.
