Several historic members of the Enfoirés troupe were not able to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the charity show. A vibrant tribute was paid on stage to one of them.
Les Enfoirés are celebrating their 35th anniversary! For the occasion, the troupe composed of more than 47 artists performed from January 17 to 22 at the Arkéa Arena in Bordeaux, to support the association created by Coluche in 1985 which helps the most deprived with hot meals, Les Restos du coeur. This Friday, March 1, 2024, TF1 broadcast the Enfoirés concert called “We’re 35!” the profits of which will be paid to the association.
For this edition, some iconic members of the troupe have returned, like Patrick Bruel, who also signed the anthem entitled “Until the last” with Ycare and Matthieu Mendès, or even Jenifer, Zazie and Patrick Fiori, who performed a hilarious sketch on the Olympic Games with Michael Youn. Due to health problems, Mimie Mathy, the troop’s godmother since 2008, was unable to participate in this anniversary. Another big absentee was unable to go on stage with the troupe: Florent Pagny.

If he was not able to participate in the 35th anniversary show of Les Enfoirés, the latter have not forgotten it. In a striking sequence, the troupe dressed all in white performed his title “And one day, a woman”composed by Pascal Obispo.
On the social network “Les Enfoirés perform ‘Et un jour, une femme’ by Florent Pagny! A suspended moment“rejoices a user. “Superb nod to our Florent Pagny with ‘And one day, a woman'”, adds another. The sequence did not fail to go straight to the hearts of certain spectators, failing to see the performer singing with the troupe.

Florent Pagny, absent from Enfoirés, is fighting cancer
The singer has been battling lung cancer for several years. Although he has withdrawn from media life, his musical career is not on pause. With his album of duets 2bisFlorent Pagny signed one of the biggest musical successes of the end of 2023. Florent Pagny returned to the Enfoirés troupe in 2019, after twenty-four years of absence. Since then, the interpreter of “Know how to love” has no other projects.
