Two of her classmates, who claimed to be her “best friends”, brutally kill her. A few hours before, she had fun with a friend in a video on TikTok.
On TikTok, Luise F, a 12-year-old German schoolgirl, is seen laughing with the one who will drag her into the woods and stab her to death. Luise and the two 12- and 13-year-old girls attend the same high school, Esther Bejarano High School, according to the police information collected by The Sun. Questioned by the police, the two teenagers initially denied be linked to this horrible murder where Luise suffered 32 stab wounds in the woods.
Later they confessed to have committed the heinous crime, but this does not mean that the prosecutor knows their real motives. The police investigation revealed that Luise, 12, was the victim of bullying at school and that the two young girls suspected for this heinous crime had argued over a boy. Luise disappeared on March 11, 2023 and the suspect’s father contributed to the search that led to the discover Luise’s body in the woods.
His executioners will not be brought to justice
Given the age of the two young girls accused, German law provides that they should not the subject of a criminal trial the fact that criminal liability is set at 14 years in Germany. If it is established that the two young girls knew that they “were doing something harmful“, a civil court could decide to make them pay compensation to Luise’s family.
At the same time, Marco Buschmann, the German Minister of Justice, believes that despite their ages, both girls should be charged. “Such serious crimes cannot remain without consequences“, he said, while explaining, “Children under 14 are not prosecuted. Yet our legal system already has the necessary means to react to serious acts of violence committed by children under 14 years old“.
