A Vanguard glitch adds a flamethrower to your weapons

A very strange new bug in Call of Duty: Vanguard has given a player’s weapon a flamethrower attachment.

The flamethrower is already very effective on Vanguard and a rather bizarre glitch caused the assault rifle of a player who had not asked for anything to shoot flames, capable of firing infinite flames. Vanguard players couldn’t wait for Vanguard’s flames to be nerfed, be it grenades, incendiary rounds, or the points streak bonus. Currently, there is really nothing to complain about anymore after several adjustments from the developers.

But there’s still a new glitch that gave a player’s BAR a flamethrower, allowing the assault rifle to launch huge flames from its barrel.

call of duty

Early in the game, fire was a hot topic in Call of Duty: Vanguard.

Since the launch of Vanguard, we have encountered many bugs and glitches of all kinds. But sometimes some are just more bizarre than dangerous to the state of the game.

After the February 3 update, a new glitch turned a BAR into a real flamethrower. In a clip posted on Reddit, a player’s BAR can be seen fully ignited, as if they had a special flaming prop.

“Flamethrower accessory on the BAR”

Unfortunately the round ended before we could see the damage these flaming BARs could inflict, although it’s most likely just a visual bug. The effect is quite satisfying at first, but it can probably become annoying after a few minutes of play when you have to chain duels and the flames partially hide your vision.
