Monday, July 3, 2023, an investigation was opened by the Paris prosecutor’s office against the youtuber known by the pseudonym TheKairi78 on social networks, whose real name is Jaoued Daouki, announced BFM TV. On the night of Saturday July 1 to Sunday July 2, 2023, the youtuber would have partied with a female acquaintance at the Peninsula, a luxury hotel located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The young woman accused the youtubeur of drugging and raping her at her home after he drove her home. The investigation was entrusted to the first district of the Paris judicial police revealed the prosecution to our colleagues from BFM TV Monday, July 3, 2023.
