Singer Aaron Carter announced the birth of his first child on Instagram with tears of joy.
Aaron Carter, 33, has become a father for the first time and can hardly believe his luck. After a tragic miscarriage last year, with tears of joy, Carter announced the birth of his first child on Instagram on Monday, November 22nd, 2021.

“I Want Candy” singer and brother of “Backstreet Boy” Nick Carter, 41, fathered a son whom he named Prince Lyric Carter. The name pays homage to Michael Jackson, † 50, who was his close friend and mentor. Aaron’s fiancée, model Melanie Martin, 29, gave birth to the child by emergency caesarean section after 13 hours of labor.
The musician shares a photo on Instagram showing him cutting the umbilical cord and thanks his fiancée for giving birth to his son healthy: “Emergency C department after 13 hours of labor, but my fiancée is in excellent health. Thank you , Lord and thanks to the incredibly magical, loving clinic staff here. Prince is precious. I love you, son. Your mom loves you while I shed tears on the phone. That’s me when his umbilical cord is cut. My precious family, the Carters. I’m so proud of you honey you did it. ”

During the 13 hour labor, Carter also shares a video from the birthing suite and keeps his fans updated on the progress of the birth. The good news comes more than a year after the couple lost their first baby to a miscarriage in April 2020. The stress of the miscarriage even led to the temporary separation before the two of them gave their relationship another chance and did not want to give up the desire to have a baby. In an interview with “People Magazine” Carter spoke about his joy that Melanie got pregnant again and his great hope to finally become a father: “We both want it,” said the musician about his future with Melanie Martin. “We both tried. I just focus on the future and on being a father. I want to be a good father. Family is the most important thing to me.” In June of this year, the singer announced his engagement to the model on Instagram: “Love has triumphed.”
