A helicopter crashed in the Niouc area in the Val d’Anniviers in Valais early Wednesday morning.
The pilot was injured.
There were no other people in the aircraft.
The rescue workers were on site, as the Valais cantonal police announced at the request of SRF. “The pilot is injured but conscious,” said a police spokeswoman. She confirmed a report from local radio Rhône FM.
The police initially did not want to provide further details about the circumstances of the accident.
