On a construction site on the A2 near Klagenfurt on Thursday around 2 p.m., a truck driver (50) hit the “pavement paver” machine while reversing – without a guide – and trapped the 40-year-old driver between the control station and the truck. When the truck started again drove up, the injured man was rescued, treated by the emergency doctor and taken to the hospital.
