Accor: a varied opening program for the 2024 financial year – 12/12/2023 at 11:37


(CercleFinance.com) – Accor lifted the veil on Tuesday on its hotel opening plans for 2024, highlighting the diversity of its new offering in all the segments in which it is present.

The leading European hotel group, which has around forty brands, has particularly insisted on its positioning in the luxury segment, with seven new establishments expected this year.

Among these projects are the Orient Express Grand Hotel de la Minerve, which will open its doors in Rome at the end of next year, but also the Raffles Sentosa Resort & Spa (Singapore) and the Fairmont The Breakers in Long Beach (California).

In the ‘lifestyle’ category, Accor plans to open a Mama Shelter in Dubai as well as a first hotel for its Hyde brand in London, in a seven-story building with 111 rooms.

Within the ‘premium’ segment, the company plans to open a first Mövenpick brand establishment in Wroclaw (Poland).

Finally, regarding the economic market, several Novotels will be opened in Nara (Japan), Valencia (Spain) and Tbilisi (Georgia).

In total, nearly 100 establishments were presented today by Accor, which highlights a program ‘of a variety never seen before’.

Present in more than 110 countries, the group currently operates more than 5,500 hotels, 10,000 restaurants and bars, as well as wellness centers and teleworking spaces.
