(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of Accor’s capital on April 23 and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.47% of the capital and 4.58% of the voting rights.
The American asset management giant explains that this threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Accor shares off and on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
