Accor: BlackRock falls below the threshold of 5% of the capital – 02/19/2024 at 6:32 p.m.

(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds for which it manages, declared to the AMF that on February 16, 2024 it crossed downward the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company Accor and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.63% of the capital and 3.65% of the voting rights of this company.

This crossing of the threshold results from an off-market sale of Accor shares and a reduction in the number of Accor shares held as collateral.
