(CercleFinance.com) – Parvus Asset Management Europe Limited, acting on behalf of clients and funds which it manages, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded, on January 3, the threshold of 10% of Accor’s capital and hold 10.49% of the capital and 8.27% of the voting rights.
This threshold crossing results from a reduction in the total number of Accor shares. The declarant does not intend to take control of the hotel chain, nor to request appointment to its management bodies.
Furthermore, Harris Associates LP, acting on behalf of funds and clients under management, declared having exceeded, on the same day, the threshold of 5% of Accor’s capital and holding 5.05% of the capital and 3.98 % of voting rights, as a result of a reduction in the total number of shares.
