(Boursier.com) — ACTIA Group confirms having finalized on August 1, 202, the agreement to sell its Power Division to Plastic Omnium for an amount of 52.5 ME. This operation, as well as the disposal carried out in the field of Technical Control in April, strengthens the financial structure of ACTIA by contributing to its reduction in debt to the tune of approximately 60 ME. ACTIA reiterates its objective of more than 800 ME in turnover within 4 years.
