(CercleFinance.com) – Revenue for the fourth quarter amounted to 5,495 million euros, up 1% in terms of organic growth (2% in published data).
Gross margin was €1,140 million, up 7% on an organic basis (8% on a reported basis). The EBITA margin excluding exceptional items was 4.7%, or 10 basis points lower.
Net profit amounted to 184 million euros, an increase of 23%. EPS was €1.11, an increase of 21% compared to EPS of €0.92 the previous year.
Over the year 2021, turnover is up by +9% at 20,949 ME compared to the previous year with a gross margin up by +15% year-on-year.
EBITA excluding exceptional items was €953 million and EPS was €3.62 for the 2021 financial year.
