Adele surprised her fans with an alcohol confession. The singer revealed details about her drinking behavior in the corona lockdown.
At the preliminary conclusion of her acclaimed series of concerts in Las Vegas, superstar Adele (34) surprised her fans with a confession. The ‘I Drink Wine’ singer, who has always had a complicated relationship with alcohol, reported live on stage about her drinking behavior in the Covid lockdown of 2020, according to the “Evening Standard”.: “It was just 11 a.m. and I must have had four bottles of wine by now”.
Adele has been sober for a while
In 2021, the singer had explained to talk master Oprah Winfrey (69).that she stopped drinking after her father died of colon cancer. However, her alcohol confession on stage in Las Vegas was made with a glass of wine in hand.

In the same breath, Adele announced that her concert series in the gambling metropolis would continue. “Playing in front of 4,000 people for 34 nights isn’t enough and I know that, so I’ll be back,” Adele told the crowd. “I’ll be back in June for a few weeks,” she said, adding, “I’ll be filming and releasing it to make sure anyone who wants to see this show can see it.”
