Adeunis confirms its eligibility for the PEA-PME
Adeunis, the expert in IIoT solutions (Industrial Internet of Things)
confirms that it meets all the eligibility criteria* for the PEA-PME specified by the implementing decree dated March 4, 2014 (decree no. 2014-283).
Consequently, the shares of the Adeunis Company can be integrated into PEA-PME accounts, which, as a reminder, benefit from the same tax advantages as the traditional stock savings plan (PEA).
*Companies are eligible if, on the one hand, they have fewer than 5,000 employees, an annual turnover of less than 1.5 billion euros or a balance sheet total of less than 2 billion euros. On the other hand, these criteria are assessed on the basis of the accounts of the company issuing the securities concerned and, where applicable, those of the companies with which it forms a group.
