(CercleFinance.com) – The Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) declared that it crossed downwards on October 13, 2022, indirectly, through the intermediary of the company Bpifrance Investissement, which acts on behalf of the Innobio and BioAM 1B funds. C2 which it manages, the threshold of 15% of the voting rights of Adocia and hold 875,711 Adocia shares representing 1,660,068 voting rights, i.e. 10.48% of the capital and 14.88% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from an increase in the total number of voting rights of Adocia. On this occasion, Bpifrance Investissement declared that it had crossed the same threshold downwards.
