(CercleFinance.com) – Adocia announces that its partner Tonghua Dongbao has published positive results on the three clinical studies carried out on the BioChaperone Combo THDB0207 (BC Combo) formulation, containing insulin glargine and insulin lispro from Tonghua Dongbao.
These three clinical trials were carried out in Germany on subjects suffering from type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and on healthy volunteers of Chinese origin, in comparison with a reference Premix (Humalog Mix25).
These trials demonstrated a good safety and tolerability profile, a faster effect which could result in a reduction in postprandial hyperglycemia, an improvement in basal control and a reduction in overexposure which could limit hypoglycemia.
