POSTING OF THE STRIKE PRICE
OF THE SIXTH EXERCISE PERIOD OF BSA 2022
The company ADOMOS (the “Company”) reminds that the fifth exercise period of the share subscription warrants (“BSA”) attached to the new shares issued on June 3, 2022 begins Monday September 11, 2023 at the opening of the market and will end on Friday September 29, 2023 at the close of business (the “Sixth Exercise Period”).
The Company announces that it has posted online on its website (https://www.adomos.com/bourse) under the heading “2022 BSA exercise monitoring table”, the exercise price of the BSA corresponding to the Sixth exercise period.
As indicated in the Company’s press release dated May 9, 2022, the exercise price of the BSAs is equal to the average price weighted by volumes observed during the five (5) trading days immediately preceding the opening date of the BSA. the exercise period reduced by a discount of 10%.
For the Sixth financial year, this average appears with the said discount at

Consequently, the exercise price of the BSAs for the Sixth exercise period is

.
The Company reminds BSA holders that they will be able to exercise, at the price which will be determined under the conditions set out above, all or part of their BSAs during the last exercise period, namely:
Seventh Period: from December 8, 2023 to December 29, 2023.
