RESULT FOR THE 2022 BSA EXERCISE

DURING THE SECOND PRACTICE PERIOD

ADOMOS (the “Company”) recalls that the second exercise period for the stock warrants (“BSA”) attached to the new shares issued on June 3, 2022 began on Monday, September 12, 2022 at the opening of the market. and ended on Friday September 30, 2022 at market close (the “Second Exercise Period”).

At the end of the Second exercise period, 148,598 BSA 2022 were exercised, resulting in the creation of 148,598 new ordinary shares with a nominal value of €0.02 each, issued to holders of BSAs who had exercised their warrants.

The issue of these 148,598 ordinary shares resulted in an increase in the Company’s share capital of two thousand nine hundred and seventy-one euros and ninety-six cents (€2,971.96), thus increasing it from €3,874,314.30 to €3,877,286.26 divided into 193,864,313 ordinary shares with a nominal value of €0.02.

The Company has accordingly updated the BSA 2022 exercise monitoring table and posted it on its website (https://www.adomos.com/bourse).

The Company reminds BSA holders of the dates of the next exercise periods for BSA 2022:

• Third Period
  
  : from December 9, 2022 to December 30, 2022;

• Fourth Period
  
  : from March 13, 2023 to March 31, 2023;

• Fifth Period
  
  : from June 12, 2023 to June 30, 2023;

• Sixth Period
  
  : from September 11, 2023 to September 29, 2023;

• Seventh Period
  
  : from December 8, 2023 to December 29, 2023.
