RESULT FOR THE 2022 BSA EXERCISE
DURING THE THIRD PRACTICE PERIOD
ADOMOS (the “Company”) recalls that the third exercise period for stock warrants (“BSA 2022”) attached to the new shares issued on June 3, 2022 began on Friday, December 9, 2022 at the opening of market and ended on Friday, December 30, 2022 at market close (the “Third Exercise Period”).
At the end of this Third exercise period, 251,837 BSA 2022 were exercised, resulting in the creation of 251,837 new ordinary shares with a nominal value of €0.005 each, issued to holders of BSA 2022 who had exercised their warrants.
The issue of these 251,837 ordinary shares resulted in an increase in the Company’s share capital of one thousand two hundred and fifty-nine euros and seventeen cents (€1,259.17), thus increasing it from 1,126,679.72 euros to €1,127,938.89 divided into 225,587,780 ordinary shares with a nominal value of €0.005.

The Company reminds holders of BSA 2022 of the dates of the next exercise periods for BSA 2022:

: from March 13, 2023 to March 31, 2023; -
Fifth Period
: from June 12, 2023 to June 30, 2023; -

: from September 11, 2023 to September 29, 2023; -
Seventh Period
: from December 8, 2023 to December 29, 2023.
