(CercleFinance.com) – Groupe ADP announces that it has selected Lagardère Travel Retail as co-shareholder of the future joint venture Extime Travel Essentials Paris, which will offer a range of ‘travel essentials’ mainly operated under the RELAY brand.
Groupe ADP had in fact launched an advertising and competition procedure for Travel Essentials activities (notably books and press products, gifts and souvenirs, groceries and
take-out snacks, or even travel accessories) for Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports.
Extime Travel Essentials Paris will operate, subject to merger control, for a period of ten years and from February 1, 2024, more than sixty points of sale.
The joint venture will be owned equally by Groupe ADP (50%) and Lagardère Travel Retail (50%).
