The occupants of a car got big eyes on the night of Easter Monday: They observed how two young people transported a safe with a pallet truck on the Nußdorfer Landesstraße. When the driver of the car turned around and wanted to confront the young people, they fled without a safe.
The curious incident happened around 1 a.m. on Nußdorfer Landesstraße. When the two teenagers noticed that the driver turned around, they immediately fled on foot in the direction of Oberndorf, according to a police release. The suspected burglars left the safe and the lift truck on the street. The two are said to have previously entered a company in Lamprechtshausen and stolen the safe and hand pallet truck that was not anchored there. The investigations continue.
