After a glacier corpse was found in the Großvenediger area in East Tyrol, evidence pointed to a once-missing alpinist (37). The results of the DNA tests are now available.

The exact circumstances of the death can probably no longer be clarified. Found by mountain guideAs reported, a mountain guide came across the body on August 18th on Schlattenkees at 2,900 meters above sea level.
