The boss of Julius Baer, Philipp Rickenbacher, is leaving the bank, as several media outlets have consistently reported.
Bank Julius Baer is reacting to the bad investments at the Signa Group and is now facing a change in boss.
The “Neue Zürcher Zeitung”, the “Financial Times” and the “Bloomberg” news agency, among others, report on the resignation of Julius Baer CEO Philipp Rickenbacher. Reports that the bank itself has not yet commented on.

Philipp Rickenbacher has been the head of Julius Baer since 2019. The bank presents its annual figures – it is already known that the insolvent Signa Group around investor René Benko is in debt to Julius Baer to the tune of 600 million francs. Some of this money may have been lost.
