After The Boys, Prime Video unveils the trailer for its even more gory spin-off!

The Amazon Prime Video platform has unveiled a bloody first trailer for its new series “Gen V”, a spin-off of “The Boys” following the adventures of budding young Supes.

The succession of the Seven has arrived! The Prime Video platform unveiled this weekend the very first images of Gen V, the spin-off of its flagship series The Boys. And something tells us that this series intends to reproduce the trashy and irreverent tone of its illustrious model, as evidenced by the bloody first trailer revealed by Amazon’s streaming service!

The Gen V title refers to the component that allows individuals to develop superpowers. The series – conceived as a parody of the X-Men – follows the adventures of young students in the university of the company Vought International, specializing in the training of future Supes who will succeed the Protector and the other Seven!

Described as a series for teenagers crossed with the universe of the Hunger Games, with the irreverent tone of The Boys, Gen V will see several young actors – among whom Jazz Sinclair and Patrick Schwarzenegger – take the main role of the program.

Character cameos from The Boys have also been confirmed by this first trailer, including those of Jessie T. Usher (A-Train), Colby Minifie (Ashley Barrett) and PJ Byrne (Adam Bourke). However, it is not yet confirmed if the interpreter of the Protector Antony Starr will also appear in this spin-off!

The fourth season of The Boys and its spin-off Gen V will both be broadcast exclusively on the Amazon Prime Video platform during 2023!
