Their accounts show a deduction of 49.85 euros from Solfex France, “a company that has no connection with Adecco France”, warns the Swiss group.
On their bank accounts, hundreds of temporary workers have noticed a mysterious levy of 49.85 euros, in the name of the company Solfex France, supposedly domiciled in Paris. Their common point? Be affiliated with the Adecco group, recently the victim of a computer hack, thus compromising the personal and banking information of its users.
According to an Adecco spokesperson, “nowadays,no link has been established between these fraudulent direct debits made by a third party company and the missions of our temporary workers». The CGT Interim and the CFDT Adecco published alerts on bank fraud on November 9. The first organization advises temporary workers to contact their local agency, their union, to call Adecco’s headquarters and to file a complaint on the official website of the French administration. For its part, the CFDT Adecco recommends “react quickly” and of “object to your bank“.

In order to discuss this scam, a Facebook group was created on November 8th. It currently has more than 1,000 members and lists testimonials from all over France. Some people have filed a complaint, like Carine, who lives in Haute-Vienne: “I was debited on November 8 by SOLFEX FRANCE SASU for an amount of 49.85 euros and I didn’t notice it yesterday. I went to object to my bank and theoretically I should be reimbursed in ten days.»
Adecco France has just sent this Friday an email to the temporary workers, taking “this information very seriously“. “The fraudulent direct debit may have a name such as “PRLV SOLFEX France SASU” or “PRLV COT NOV SOLFEX France SASU”, a company unrelated to Adecco France“, emphasizes the Swiss group. Like the unions, he advises to “contact your bank directly to oppose“. “We are continuing the internal investigation and will work with the relevant authorities“, assures a spokesperson for Adecco.
