Negotiations on a new GAV with Swissport Zurich have been completed. This is reported by the unions involved.
The new GAV therefore means a “largely return to the working conditions that applied before the corona crisis”. It also includes an inflation adjustment.
The GAV is to come into force on January 1, 2023 and will be valid for four years.
The negotiations were extremely tough: it took a total of nine rounds of negotiations to get Swissport to make concessions, the unions write.
