(CercleFinance.com) – The Group’s Board of Directors decided today to submit to the 2023 General Meeting a resolution amending article 26 of the Air France-KLM bylaws.
This resolution relates to the age limit of the Chairman of the Board of Directors. It allows, when this limit is reached during his term of office, that the latter may continue to perform his duties as Chairman of the Board of Directors until the end of his term of office as a director.
The Board of Directors has also decided that in this case, the functions of Ms. Anne-Marie Couderc as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Air France-KLM will be extended until the end of her term of office as director, i.e. until the end of the 2024 General Meeting to approve the accounts for the year 2023.
The Board of Directors underlined that this modification makes it possible for the future to ensure consistency within the Board by aligning the term of office of the Chairman of the Board with that of his term of office as director.
