(Boursier.com) — Air France KLM informs the holders of OCEANE 2026 remaining in circulation that it will proceed to the early redemption of these OCEANE 2026 on May 10, 2024 with a view to their cancellation, at a price per bond equal to par (i.e. 17.92 euros) together with accrued interest of 0.00282 euros.
The total number of OCEANE 2026 in circulation represents, to date, less than 15% of the number of bonds initially issued.
Please note that holders of OCEANE 2026 retain the right to exercise their right to the allocation of shares to receive new and/or existing Air France KLM shares until the 7th business day before the early redemption date. , i.e. April 26, 2024.
All OCEANE 2026 holders who have not validly exercised their right to the allocation of shares before this date will be reimbursed according to the terms specified above. To date, one OCEANE 2026 gives the right to 0.178 Air France KLM shares.
