(CercleFinance.com) – Air France-KLM announces its intention to launch ‘Partners for the future’, an employee shareholding operation offered to around 75,000 eligible employees in 20 countries, to strengthen the link between the group and its employees.
Around 95% of the air carrier’s workforce will have the opportunity to participate. The proposed shares will be issued as part of a capital increase, covering a maximum of 3% of the share capital of Air France-KLM.
According to the indicative timetable for the operation, the date of the decision setting the subscription price is scheduled for November 7, the subscription period will take place from November 13 to 24 and the capital increase will take place on December 21, 2023.
