(AOF) – Air France-KLM announces that it has repaid, at the request of bondholders, some 452 million euros out of the 500 million euros of bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable into existing shares, including The maturity date is March 25, 2026. This amount corresponds to nearly 25 million bonds. This early repayment option on March 25, 2024 was part of the terms and conditions relating to these bonds. The remaining outstanding bonds will be redeemed at par on March 25, 2026.
