Air France: sinks to its lowest levels on the stock market after the Iranian attack

The Air France KLM share is under pressure from this Monday and breaks downward an important technical support zone located at 9.38 euros. The title of the French airline is thus settling at the lowest absolute valuation levels.

Like other companies in the airline sector, Air France KLM had to face flight disruptions due to Iran’s attacks on Israel this weekend. Several routes are affected and this will logically be reflected in the accounts. Note that KLM has canceled all its flights to and from Tel Aviv until at least Tuesday.

As we write these lines, the airline’s shares are down 1.9% to 9.25 euros after hitting a low during the session at 9.21 euros per share.

A situation which contrasts sharply with the market as a whole which is today offering a nice increase (+1.2% on the CAC 40) while investors are not betting on an flaring up of the conflict in the Middle East.
