KYIV, Feb 3 (Reuters) – Air-raid sirens sounded for the second time today in Kyiv, the site of a summit between Ukraine and the European Union, Reuters journalists reported.
The sirens also went off in the rest of the country.
No Russian bombardment has so far been reported in Kyiv since the beginning of the day. (French version Bertrand Boucey)
