(CercleFinance.com) – Florence Parly, French Minister of the Armed Forces, announced today on her twitter account the order for 169 ‘Guépard’ helicopters from Airbus Helicopters.
The devices will equip the three French armed forces from 2027, namely the army, the air force and the national navy.
This triple deployment constitutes ‘a first’ indicates the minister. “This will improve its availability and reduce maintenance costs,” she says.
In addition to additional capacity for the army, the Cheetah should also perpetuate 2,000 jobs in France, underlines Florence Parly.
