(CercleFinance.com) – Airbus Flight Academy Europe, an Airbus subsidiary that provides training services to pilots and officer cadets of the French Armed Forces, announces that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Aura Aero, designer of electrically powered aircraft.
This partnership aims to jointly address the decarbonization of pilot training by introducing electric-powered aircraft for commercial and military pilot training.
Airbus Flight Academy Europe will collaborate on the initial development of Integral E, an all-electric two-seater trainer with one hour of flight time and ideal for the early stages of pilot training.
