Airbus: Starlux takes delivery of its first A330-900

(CercleFinance.com) – Taiwanese airline Starlux Airlines has taken delivery of its first jumbo jet, an A330-900. It is the first of 26 Airbus jumbo jets that will join the company’s fleet, including eight A330neos and 18 A350s.

The A330neo joins the airline’s existing fleet of seven A321neos and will complement the airline’s network by providing regional routes between Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region.

At the same time, Starlux has also subscribed to the computerized training solution ACE (Airbus Cockpit Experience) Suite. “The ACE suite provides an efficient learning process that also saves customers a lot of time compared to training on high-end devices,” the group says.
