(Boursier.com) — By decision of the Board of Directors ofAirbusTony Wood joins the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, replacing Lord Paul Drayson who resigned at the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
Tony Wood’s appointment is for a 3-year term and will be subject to the approval of the next General Meeting of Shareholders, in April 2023.
Tony Wood has extensive experience in the aerospace industry and the defense sector. He is currently a member of the Board of National Grid plc, a company operating in the United Kingdom and the United States.
