On eBay you can currently get the 2nd generation AirPods Pro together with a charging case for 188.10 euros. To do this you have to enter the code “JUBI25” at the checkout, which gives you a 10 percent discount until June 5, 2024. The headphones are in very good condition. The charging case may have scratches, however. The purchase can be worthwhile despite being used goods. eBay says that the AirPods are even refurbished and have therefore been cleaned, disinfected and tested.
The Pro version is equipped with an H2 chip, which is supposed to ensure better sound processing. The in-ear headphones also support Bluetooth 5.3 and the LC3 codec. This should theoretically enable a better battery life compared to the first generation and independent sound transmission to each individual AirPod.
Active noise cancelling is also on board, which also works in a transparency mode. This automatically adapts to the ambient noise. The battery life is stated as up to 5.5 hours – with the charging case you can increase the running time to up to 30 hours. Remember that the battery life of the used device is at least 80 percent.
