Bluetooth trackers have been widespread ever since Apple launched its AirTags. Sure, after all, they are also pretty practical for finding your key ring, backpack or handbag if they ever get misplaced. Especially in the dark season, when the lighting conditions are poor, it can be useful to be able to locate important objects using an app or an acoustic signal.

However, Apple’s AirTag is not a bargain; a tracker costs almost 40 euros. Such a key finder is currently cheaper at Aldi. The discounter offers a two-pack of Bluetooth trackers for 29.99 euros – a fair price.

The trackers work with a replaceable button cell that should last around a year. There is also a buzzer installed that can generate a volume of up to 75 decibels. This way you can also find your items acoustically.

Practical for Apple users: Magnion’s smart tags support Apple’s “Find My” function. This means that the trackers can be tracked directly from the iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch without having to install an additional app.

If you have an Aldi Süd branch near you, you can also get the trackers in the store, according to the retailer. By the way, they are available in black and white.
