This operation is fully in line with the AIRWELL GROUP’s development strategy aimed at controlling the value chain, from the design, production and distribution of products intended to optimize the energy efficiency of residential and tertiary buildings.
With 25 employees, AMZAIR Industrie, which becomes AIRWELL Industrie, will enrich and complete the ecosystem of the AIRWELL GROUP in the design and manufacture of 100% French and connected heat pumps. Since 2021, GROUPE AIRWELL has been working to build a global offer of solutions based on data, Artificial Intelligence and connectivity. Mastery of the upstream production cycle will thus accelerate the development and integration of these solutions into the Group’s products.
