AIRWELL RAISE €1.5 M THROUGH A PRIVATE PLACEMENT
• FUNDRAISING CARRIED OUT WITH 2 FAMILY OFFICES IN NORWAY, A LEADING COUNTRY IN ENERGY TRANSITION
• EXPANSION OF THE FLOAT FLOOR IN VIEW OF THE UPCOMING TRANSFER TO EURONEXT GROWTH
The Airwell Group (Euronext Access+, MLAIR), creator of smart energy ecosystems, today announces a private placement fundraising of €1.5 million, carried out through a capital increase of 500,000 new ordinary shares at the price of €3.00.
The private placement was made with 2 Norwegian family offices which subscribed respectively for €1.0 million and €0.5 million. These new financial resources will enable Airwell to strengthen its equity to support the expected growth of its activity and finance its R&D projects and its working capital.
