(CercleFinance.com) – AkzoNobel repurchased 234,883 of its own ordinary shares during the period from December 5, 2022 to December 9, 2022 inclusive, at an average price of E65.79 per share. This purchase represents an amount of 15.45 million euros.
AkzoNobel intends to repurchase ordinary shares up to a value of 500 million euros. The total number of shares bought back under this program to date is 7,100,918 ordinary shares for a total amount of €489.48 million.
The share buyback is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
