Alan Wake 2 had fun losing players thanks to its narration, the title is not easy to follow, it even makes references to Alan Wake first of the name and Controlanother title of Remedy Entertainment in the same universe. This is particularly the case of the fictional music group Old Gods of Asgardembodied by the real group of Rock Finnish Poets of the Fall. Remedy Entertainment And Poets of the Fall just published a music video for the song Herlad of Darknesspresent in an already cult scene from Alan Wake 2. We find Alan Wakethe agent of FBI Alex Caseythe presenter Mr. Door and members of Old Gods of Asgard in a completely crazy sequence inspired by a passage from the video game. It’s completely zany, totally opposite of the stuffy atmosphere of the rest of the survival horrorthe team undoubtedly had a lot of fun filming these shots, Ilkka Villi (Alan Wake), David Harewood (Mr. Door) and Sam Lake (Alex Caseybut also creative director of the game) are having a blast.
As a reminder, Poets of the Fall had already stood out by signing the title Late Goodbye at the end of Max Payne 2but this franchise has no connection with Alan Wake And Control.
